One of the top 10 restaurants I’ve been to. Fresh and authentic local food. I ordered the tumbet, a local dish. The blend of veggies and spices was amazing. It was something I’ve never tasted before. Traditionally it’s served with fish. But, my family was willing to share samples of their dishes. So, I did not need it. The lamb (top of the picture) was also amazing.

Prices very reasonable for the quality of food you get. We stopped while visiting on a cruise. We were very lucky to visit this gem which is more of a locals restaurant. Service was friendly, and we’re grateful they were able to fit us in without a reservation. House wine was spectacular too.

This place is tucked behind an alley way. It doesn’t look fancy from the outside, but it’s pleasant and homey once you enter. I enjoy stepping outside my comfort zone a bit. There definitely are some dishes here that I’ve never seen or had. I’m so glad I stopped by and you will be too!
