Ok, so we actually stopped 2 days before the major flooding in Valencia. It’s kind of sad to think of because the city was so beautiful when we were there. Difficult to grasp that there was 200 flash flood fatalities in the region shortly after our sunny day visit.

Museum of Science (Museu de les Ciències) – We choose to visit the museum of science. Wasn’t sure how that would work with the language difference, but nearly all the exhibits were in multiple languages including English. We could follow along fine, but some of the exhibits were not working. We also saw a movie in the 360 theater there which was quite good. In all, it was a great deal for about 13 Euro per person. If we had more time, we could have done plenty more but port time is always limited.
La Pizza – Ok, so it’s Spain, but we wanted to find as authentic as possible Napoli style pizza, and we found it in Valencia. Check out our review, but spoiler alert…it was amazing.

Taxi Tip – So what do you do if the taxi driver speaks a different language that you don’t know. The easiest thing is to put the destination in Google Maps and show it to him. He just put it in his cell phone and brought us right there.
